I made lefse last week.
In honor of my dad - a proud Norwegian.
For those of you who may not know about lefse it's a Norwegian flat bread made from cream, flour, butter and mashed potatoes.
I'd never made lefse, but thought I should try to since I do have Norwegian blood running though my veins.
It apparently requires a some skill so I'll need to practice the rolling and grilling.
I wish I had made lefse when my dad was still alive.
I think he would have been proud.
