Corn Bags

Kelsey took this cute photo of Ezra carrying his corn bag from the car to their apartment- or "new house" as Ezra calls it.

I think it's so funny that he tossed it over his shoulder to carry.

He's such a little man.

Nancy - The Y is Silent

The first night in Branson we went to a show.

Nancy went to dole out our tickets and Mark noticed that all the tickets were marked "Nancy Larson".

Of course that led to much discussion about how would we all possibly pass as Nancy Larson if questioned by the usher.

We decided that we were a group of Nancy Larsons that met up to celebrate being named Nancy Larson,

Mark decided he would need to be referred to as Nanc.

You see, the Y is silent in his name.

So for the rest of the trip it was the four Nancys and a Nanc.

We are an interesting bunch, aren't we?

Corn in a Sand Box

I bought fifty pounds of deer corn to fill corn bags that mom and I sewed a few months ago.

I really only needed about 15 pounds of corn, but they only sell it in mega bags.

What to do with leftover deer corn?

Toss it in Ezra's sand box.

Of course.

And he loves it.

Crazy Christmas Cookies

While we were in Branson for Christmas we decorated cookies.

And yes, we had wine while we decorated.

That would explain this:

Nancy created the snow woman on the left.

She described it as a cabaret snow woman with fishnet stockings.

Okay.

Mark made the snow man with the snazzy tie.

It's a bit scary with those eyebrows and frightening teeth.

The reindeer has a racing stripe of some sort.

Lots of creativity going on.

I guess you never outgrown the fun of decorating Christmas cookies!
